Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or higher and two years of experience in culinary arts or food technology
- or associate’s degree and six years of experience in culinary arts or food technology
- submission of Glendale College online employment application
- current resume
- transcripts showing completion of required degree (unofficial transcripts accepted during application process, official transcripts required upon offer)
- certification of equivalency for foreign transcripts if applicable
- adherence to Americans with Disabilities Act and other applicable laws
- availability for part-time teaching assignments
Job Qualifications

- any associate’s degree with six years of experience in culinary arts or food technology

Job Duties
- develop and deliver course instruction in hotel and restaurant management
- assess and evaluate student performance and progress
- prepare lesson plans and instructional materials
- collaborate with academic departments to ensure curriculum relevance
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and practices
- provide guidance and support to students
- participate in departmental meetings and training sessions
