  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • ability to lift, carry and manipulate various items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • must be available on weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Answer property questions
  • provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, rooms, restaurants, and directions
  • perform all front desk duties including check-in, check-out, room assignments, and guest key issue
  • verify charges, collect payment and post to the corresponding guest folio in an accurate and efficient manner
  • assist in the coordination and support of other departments as necessary
  • respond to and resolve guest complaints
  • creatively solve problems
  • anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties
  • create, change, and understand guest and group reservations
  • maintain the appearance and operations of the front desk, lobby, and gift shop
  • attend periodic department trainings and meetings
  • complete all duties in accordance with property standards and company policies
  • provide genuine hospitality, engage with guests, create experiences, and deliver exceptional customer service
  • perform other related duties as assigned
