Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to lift, carry and manipulate various items weighing up to 50 pounds
- must be available on weekends and holidays
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- consistent positive attitude

- competent level of IT proficiency

Job Duties
- Answer property questions
- provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, rooms, restaurants, and directions
- perform all front desk duties including check-in, check-out, room assignments, and guest key issue
- verify charges, collect payment and post to the corresponding guest folio in an accurate and efficient manner
- assist in the coordination and support of other departments as necessary
- respond to and resolve guest complaints
- creatively solve problems
- anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties
- create, change, and understand guest and group reservations
- maintain the appearance and operations of the front desk, lobby, and gift shop
- attend periodic department trainings and meetings
- complete all duties in accordance with property standards and company policies
- provide genuine hospitality, engage with guests, create experiences, and deliver exceptional customer service
- perform other related duties as assigned
