- Minimum age of 19 years old
- valid driver’s license
- clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents
- ability to operate vehicles safely and confidently in adverse weather conditions
- ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 50lbs frequently
- punctuality and reliability in adhering to schedules and routes
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- maintains a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Block 22, LLC's standards

Job Duties
- Park vehicles for guests of the hotel and Chandlers restaurant
- meet and greet all guests upon arrival
- open guest vehicle doors and assist with unloading luggage
- escort incoming hotel guests to rooms when requested
- inspect vehicles for preexisting damage and record information
- correctly note guest's name, make, and model of each vehicle
- park guest cars in designated spaces ensuring safe operation
- quickly retrieve vehicles for waiting guests
- assist guests with loading luggage or personal items when necessary
- deliver messages, packages, and laundry to guestrooms
- respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner
- promote hotel and restaurant services
- give directions to nearest highway, destination, and local attractions
- work efficiently in high stress and high volume environments
- direct traffic and manage driveway flow
- immediately report any incidents or claims to management or Shift Lead
- maintain a welcoming, positive attitude and communicate professionally with guests and teammates
- perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned
