Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Provide knowledge about the area and answer guest inquiries
  • Ensure fair and consistent seating of guests
  • Handle paperwork, stock, and maintain tidiness of the host stand
  • Receive calls and book reservations accurately
  • Check floor and tables for cleanliness and accuracy
  • Assist servers by refilling beverages
  • Perform other restaurant and customer service-related duties
  • Other duties as assigned
