Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests
- Provide knowledge about the area and answer guest inquiries
- Ensure fair and consistent seating of guests
- Handle paperwork, stock, and maintain tidiness of the host stand
- Receive calls and book reservations accurately
- Check floor and tables for cleanliness and accuracy
- Assist servers by refilling beverages
- Perform other restaurant and customer service-related duties
- Other duties as assigned
