Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Prior serving or cocktail service experience preferred
  • TABC/TIPS certification required or must be obtained upon hire
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and bar menus or willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Provide elevated, attentive, and personalized cocktail service to guests in bar and lounge areas
  • Take accurate drink and light food orders and input into POS system
  • Prepare garnishes and maintain a clean, stocked service station
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and in accordance with State, Federal, and corporate liquor regulations
  • Engage with guests with polished hospitality, guiding recommendations and upselling specialty cocktails, wines, and spirits
  • Deliver beverages and food items promptly and ensure presentation meets company standards
  • Monitor guest intoxication levels and practice responsible alcohol service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned section before, during, and after shift
  • Process checks, present to guests, and secure payment
  • Communicate with bar and culinary teams to ensure seamless service
  • Perform opening, running, and closing side work
  • Other duties as assigned
