Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service management, or related field preferred
- Proven managerial experience in food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and solve problems effectively
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and industry trends
- Experience with financial management and budgeting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet food and beverage goals
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences for growth opportunities
- Direct and supervise all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, and room service
- Ensure proper staffing, equipment, and inventory for operations
- Monitor daily operations to maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Recruit, train, and motivate food and beverage staff
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Manage budgets including cost control, revenue forecasting, and expense management
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Conduct inspections and audits to maintain food safety standards
