- minimum 1 year of culinary or kitchen experience
- ability to stand for long periods and work under pressure

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner services on the hot line (e.g., grill, sauté, broiler, fryer)
- follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the hotel or Executive Chef
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment
- ensure all food is prepared to proper temperature and quality standards
- set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies prior to service
- work in coordination with the culinary team and service staff to ensure timely and smooth meal service
- assist with the preparation and execution of banquet or special event menus as needed
