Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist with tray assembly and preparation of special diet needs
- know basic food preparation techniques including receiving, storing, preparation, and holding of food items
- demonstrate working knowledge of food service sanitation and infection control procedures including HACCP guidelines
- communicate effectively with Executive Chef, Food and Nutrition Supervisor, group leaders, and food service team peers
- show willingness to assist in other kitchen areas such as cold prep, bakery, store room, café serving line, dish room, or tray line
- comply with hospital standards, policies, and procedures
- maintain regular, punctual attendance in accordance with Orlando Health policies and legal standards
