Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of relevant cooking experience
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to follow recipes and operational procedures
- physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- ability to communicate clearly with staff and customers
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year cooking experience in fast casual or high volume dining
- knowledge of food preparation and HACCP standards
- ability to operate kitchen equipment
- good communication skills to interact with customers and team
- ability to handle kitchen tasks including cutting, peeling, and mixing ingredients
- familiarity with various cooking methods such as sauté, broiler, and frying
- physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in hot environments
Job Duties
- prepare cooked foods according to recipes and product directions
- operate multiple cooking stations including fry, flat top griddle, pantry, and eggs
- communicate ticket times and potential issues to management and servers
- maintain high quality of service and product standards
- clean and sanitize workstations and kitchen equipment regularly
- comply with food safety and HACCP standards
- stock, date, rotate, and check temperature of products
