Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to use phone systems and POS effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must maintain proper hygiene and dress code standards
Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide a warm welcome and goodbye when placing or picking up orders
- Use proper phone etiquette and manage phone system to take To-Go orders accurately
- Demonstrate knowledge of the menu to take orders and upsell when possible
- Organize and ensure accuracy of boxed/bagged To-Go orders
- Collaborate with To-Go and kitchen staff to fulfill orders
- Provide accurate quotes on order completion times and handle POS transactions including To-Go sales, gift cards, and payments
- Ensure guests are comfortable and cared for during the ordering and pickup process
- Adhere to company core values of honor, excellence, leadership, and passion
- Maintain proper sanitation, safety practices, dress code, and hygiene
- Support and assist with third-party order management
- Exhibit teamwork and respectful communication with staff and guests
