Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly first impression
- manage seating arrangements efficiently and with attention to guest preferences
- assist customers with to-go orders ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and front entrance
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to manage wait times and guest flow
- handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and politely
- support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
