Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Physical ability to stand and move for long periods
- Commitment to uphold company standards and policies

Job Duties
- Apply CHEERS consistently throughout the shift
- Cheerful prompt greet guests and open doors when possible
- Support dining room by pre-bussing and resetting tables
- Engage guests by asking open-ended questions
- Anticipate guest needs and provide timely updates
- Manage table turns using the tablet and dining room awareness
- Thank guests and create positive final impressions
- Identify first-time guests and regulars through conversation
- Share relevant guest information with servers
- Communicate with Service Managers about wait times and table readiness
- Explain menu layout and highlight signature dishes naturally
- Introduce and support loyalty program sign-ups
- Answer phones and take to-go orders
- Maintain entryway and dining room cleanliness
