Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly as they enter the restaurant
- Manage host and to-go orders efficiently
- Provide accurate information about menu items and restaurant policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entry area
- Assist in coordinating seating arrangements and table availability
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with a positive attitude
- Support team members by helping with various duties during peak times
