Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude
- Manage guest seating and waitlists efficiently
- Process to-go orders accurately and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host and to-go areas
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order preparation
- Assist with general customer service duties as needed
- Uphold all quality, safety, and sanitation standards
