Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating or to-go orders
- Manage reservations and maintain organized waitlists
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the host station and guest areas
- Provide prompt and friendly customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to fulfill to-go orders efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with opening and closing tasks related to the front of house operations
