Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide excellent customer service
- manage to-go orders efficiently and accurately
- assist in seating guests and managing the flow of the dining room
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the host area and throughout the restaurant
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally
- assist with opening and closing duties as required
