Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly with true hospitality
- Manage customer orders accurately for to-go and dine-in
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and to-go area
- Assist team members in a fast-paced environment
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash and payment transactions for takeout orders
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff for smooth operations
