Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and hospitable attitude
- Manage guest seating and waitlist efficiently to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in preparing and packaging to-go orders accurately and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining areas
- Provide information about menu items and answer guest inquiries effectively
- Support team members in delivering excellent customer service
- Uphold safety and quality standards throughout all customer interactions
