- manage waitlist and seating chart efficiently
- communicate wait times clearly
- answer phones and assist with to-go orders
- take and confirm phone, online, and third party orders
- package food neatly and accurately
- manage curbside and front-of-house pickup
- handle cash and card payment transactions accurately
