Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating and reservations
- Manage to-go orders accurately and ensure timely preparation
- Provide excellent customer service reflecting the hospitality culture
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host/to-go area
- Coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff to optimize service flow
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with upselling and promoting specials
