Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with genuine hospitality
- Manage to-go orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized host station and restaurant entrance
- Coordinate seating arrangements and waitlist management
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Support sales through attentive guest interaction and upselling opportunities
