Job Duties

- Assist customers with takeout orders ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide exceptional hospitality reflecting the company’s quality and service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and surrounding areas
- Collaborate with team members to optimize guest experiences and operational flow
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally
- Support sales initiatives by informing guests about specials and promotions
