Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous work experience as a Host is preferred
- Working knowledge of OpenTable and Point of Sale is preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle cash and paperwork accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Must be able to handle guest incidents/complaints

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner as they arrive at the restaurant
- Seat guests efficiently, manage seating chart, and ensure optimal flow of diners
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting list
- Manage reservations using OpenTable
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously
- Receive, process, and manage takeout and delivery orders
- Assemble and package orders paying attention to packaging techniques to avoid spills, leaks, or damage during transportation
- Process payments for takeout orders, including cash, credit/debit, and digital payment methods
- Ensure accurate cash handling and proper reconciliation of sales at the end of each shift
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
