Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle cash and paperwork accurately
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting
- must be able to handle guest incidents/complaints
- basic computer skills
- previous work experience as a host is preferred
- working knowledge of OpenTable and Point of Sale is preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner as they arrive at the restaurant
- seat guests efficiently, manage seating chart, and ensure optimal flow of diners
- provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting list
- manage reservations using OpenTable
- answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously
- receive, process, and manage takeout and delivery orders
- assemble and package orders paying attention to packaging techniques to avoid spills, leaks, or damage during transportation
- process payments for takeout orders, including cash, credit/debit, and digital payment methods
- ensure accurate cash handling and proper reconciliation of sales at the end of each shift
- perform other duties and tasks as assigned
