- must be 18 years or older

- ability to obtain a food handler and TABC certificate
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- natural hair color
- fingernails are trimmed and maintained
- reliable transportation to and from work
- comfortable handling customer complaints

Job Duties
- welcome guests with a smile
- acquire guest information and provide accurate seating times
- promptly answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate department
- maintain a clean and happy waiting area for guests
- communicate with management about wait times and new guests
- escort guests to their seats with enthusiasm and urgency
