Job Duties
- Welcome guest with a smile
- acquire guest information and provide accurate seating times
- promptly answer incoming calls and facilitate to the appropriate department
- provide a clean and happy space for guest entering the building and waiting to be sat
- communicate with management on wait times, and new guests of Lupe Tortilla
- escort guest and seat dining room enthusiasm and urgency
