Job Requirements
- stand and walk for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
- work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
- lift and carry 30 plus lbs
- communicate professionally and effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments
- organization and prioritization skills
- have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- bend, move quickly around the restaurant, and stop and wipe frequently
- self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Job Qualifications
- must be 16 years of age or older
- possess a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- previous restaurant experience preferred
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- greet guests upon arrival
- manage the waitlist and seating flow
- guide guests within the restaurant
- answer guest questions
- assist other staff members as needed
- clean and set up tables efficiently
- support servers and maintain cleanliness
