Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- have a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- stand and walk for the entire shift with limited breaks
- work in noisy, fast-paced environments
- lift and carry 30 or more pounds
- communicate professionally under pressure
- demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills
- possess manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- move quickly and frequently around the restaurant
- be self-motivated with good time management and task accuracy
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- possess a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively under pressure
- teamwork and positive attitude
- willingness to learn and adapt
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
- manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently
- ensure smooth flow of guests throughout the restaurant
- assist guests with inquiries and provide guiding information
- support servers and other staff members as needed
- clean and set tables in a timely and professional manner
- maintain cleanliness and order in dining and service areas
