Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Hold a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- Stand and walk for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
- Work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
- Lift and carry 30 plus lbs
- Communicate professionally and effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments
- Organization and prioritization skills
- Have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- Bend, move quickly around the restaurant, and stop and wipe frequently
- Self-motivation and ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Hold a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in a high-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage waitlist efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menu guidance
- Assist guests by answering questions about the menu and restaurant policies
- Communicate seamlessly with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain an organized and welcoming host area
- Handle guest concerns or special requests professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining atmosphere
