Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation
  • Ensure guest touch points are regularly sanitized and cleaned
  • Seat guests efficiently and introduce servers
  • Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to set accurate guest expectations
  • Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety for team members and guests
  • Support team member wellness and uphold restaurant cleanliness and sanitation
