Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods
reliable and punctual
no prior experience necessary
must be personable and hardworking
eligibility to work in the country

Job Qualifications

excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
friendly and approachable demeanor
willingness to learn and adapt
previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
basic computer skills for reservation systems
strong organizational skills

Job Duties

greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements
assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host area
provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
support the flow of restaurant operations through effective communication with the kitchen and wait staff
participate in training programs and company meetings as required
promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
