Job Requirements

- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- physical ability to assist in light tasks during slow periods

Job Duties
- greet guests and assist with check-in process including signing participation waivers
- guide guests on how to use Chip Shots simulators and resolve technical issues
- monitor and manage the booking software to coordinate guest arrivals
- coordinate with servers and staff about upcoming groups and seating arrangements
- learn and operate all technical equipment to assist guests during their experience
- support food runners, bussers, and bar backs during slow periods
- maintain clear and polite communication with guests especially when explaining technology
