Job Duties
- Happily welcoming and greeting guests upon arrival
- Making all guests feel comfortable and assuring them of personalized care
- Making reservations for guests and managing waitlist technology
- Knowing regular guests by name including their preferences and needs
- Resetting tables to restaurant standards before seating guests
- Thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
