Job Requirements

  • Lunch and dinner availability

  • Critical thinking and organization to map tables, plot, and pivot during service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a host or maitre d'
  • Experience with RESY guest management software preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service aptitude
  • Ability to engage guests positively
  • Organizational and critical thinking skills to manage seating flow
  • Ability to work collaboratively with management and team members

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests, engage on table availability or wait times
  • Use RESY portal for seating, plotting, and communicating to guests
  • Direct team members on table needs and seating
  • Walk guests to their seats
  • Answer questions on 167's menu to guests
  • Communicate with team on guest requests, allergies, or preferences
  • Create notes in RESY and recognize recurring guests
  • Maintain the maitre d' stand and merchandise
