Job Requirements
- Must have or be able to obtain valid local and or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong team leadership skills
- Ability to connect and communicate effectively with others

Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid local or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits or ability to obtain them
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations and waitlists
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
Job Duties
- Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Impress guests with warmth, passion and care from arrival to departure
- Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically upon entry
- Manage party sizes, reservations, and wait lists while maintaining accurate wait times and restaurant flow
- Escort guests to their tables and provide pertinent menu information
- Answer telephone inquiries pleasantly and assist with takeout order handling including timeliness and payment
- Thank guests as they leave and inquire about their experience
- Assist servers by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a pristine environment
- Clear and set tables promptly
- Monitor and assist with delivery of beverages and food orders
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness by bussing tables and handling glassware, dishes, and cutlery
- Resolve guest complaints with urgency, poise, and good judgment
- Complete assigned opening, side work, and closing duties to support the team
- Enforce guest identification and age restrictions for alcohol sales
- Follow food and alcohol service safety precautions and procedures
