Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods

Job Duties
- Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
- Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
- Seat guests in the dining and bar areas while ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff
- Maintain a general knowledge of the food and drink menu to recommend and upsell products
- Entertain guests during wait times by offering hospitality, beverages and food tasting services as applicable
- Answer phones promptly and professionally and direct calls as applicable
- Assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and bar beverages, supporting guests and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed
- Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards during the shift
