Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

Job Duties

  • Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
  • Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
  • Seat guests in the dining and bar areas while ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff
  • Maintain a general knowledge of the food and drink menu to recommend and upsell products
  • Entertain guests during wait times by offering hospitality, beverages and food tasting services as applicable
  • Answer phones promptly and professionally and direct calls as applicable
  • Assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and bar beverages, supporting guests and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed
  • Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards during the shift
