Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience
- Effective communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to read and interpret instructional and safety documents
- Flexible availability including retail hours, weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to reach, crouch, kneel and stoop
- Frequent use of computers and technology including handheld devices
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues courteously
