Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience
- ability to communicate effectively
- enjoys interacting with customers
- ability to read and interpret instructional documents
- ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- prolonged periods of standing and walking
- ability to reach, crouch, kneel, and stoop
- frequent use of computers and register technology
- ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs

Job Duties
- Greet guests with eagerness in a courteous manner and let them know the wait times
- accommodate guests when needed
- knowledgeable and proficient with register
- assist in seating customers in the restaurant
- provide friendly and professional customer service
- handle cash and register transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station area
