Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Six months experience in restaurants or beverage field
- Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions
- Knowledge of all bar equipment, Micro System, ABC laws and regulations and gaming laws
- Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol
- Ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures

Job Duties
- Greets guests with a positive and friendly attitude
- Assure guests are seated in a timely manner assuring that guests have a favorable dining experience
- Coordinates activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests
- Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus in timely manner
- Assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to guests
- Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness, and requisitions table linens and other dining room supplies for tables and serving stations
- Prepares beverages and expedites food orders as needed
- Collects payment from customers as needed
- Computes or recomputed bill, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due as needed
- Works closely with Stewarding to ensure that the outlet is stocked with clean china and silver
- Takes beverage orders, serves beverages and bartends when necessary
- Ensures that all tables remain clean and free of dirty dishes and debris
- Responsible for daily break down of the outlet at closing
- Use of all bar equipment, cash registers and Micro System
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members
- Become knowledgeable of Resorts Casino policies and procedures with regards to alcoholic beverages
- Other duties as assigned
