Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months experience in restaurants or beverage field
- Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions
- Knowledge of bar equipment and Micro System
- Knowledge of ABC laws, gaming laws, sanitation and health department regulations
- Ability to do job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a positive and friendly attitude
- Assure guests are seated in a timely manner assuring that guests have a favorable dining experience
- Coordinate activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests
- Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness
- Requisition table linens and dining room supplies
- Prepare beverages and expedite food orders as needed
- Collect payment from customers as needed
