Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Six months experience in restaurants or beverage field
- Ability to read, writes, and understands basic instructions
- Knowledge of all bar equipment, Micro System, ABC laws and regulations, and gaming laws
- Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol
- Ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures
- Always maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude

Job Duties
- Greets guests with a positive and friendly attitude
- Assures guests are seated in a timely manner assuring that guests have a favorable dining experience
- Coordinates activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests
- Assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to guests
- Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness
- Prepares beverages and expedites food orders as needed
- Collects payment from customers as needed
