- knowledge of reservation systems and POS software is a plus
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area
- provide accurate wait times and assist guests with seating preferences
- coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth flow of guests
- handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
