Job Requirements
- 6 months to one year of food service or restaurant experience
- Previous host or hostess and OpenTable experience in a five-star restaurant is a plus
- Demonstrated excellent public contact skills
- Must be available to work all shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to interact effectively with guests, employees, and supervisors
- Ability to maintain required standards
- Maintain an upbeat attitude and positive, enthusiastic mindset
- Timely arrival at work according to scheduled hours
- Adherence to uniform and appearance policies
- Ability to perform assigned tasks accurately and on time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with five-star hospitality and courtesy standards
- Oversee seating and server rotation when seating guests
- Verify and make reservations via OpenTable
- Maintain a waiting list when necessary
- Perform other duties as required to exceed guests’ expectations in a five-star dining environment
