Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds
- Must have strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greets guests as they enter, seating them or placing them on a waiting list as necessary
- Provides guests with menus and answers initial questions
- Assigns guests to tables while maintaining balanced server rotations
- Engages with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Responds to guest complaints and helps resolve them
- Answers phone calls, takes reservations, and provides information
- Maintains adequate knowledge of the menu
- Provides world-class guest service
- Embraces O'Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, Team Member Satisfaction, Health and Wellness, and Safety culture
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
