Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to greet and interact with guests warmly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Capability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Willingness to assist in cleaning and maintaining dining areas
- Availability to work daytime shifts only
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of New Orleans culture and hospitality is a plus
- Basic computer skills to use seating and paging systems
Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage the efficient and timely seating of guests to appropriate tables
- Record guest names and party sizes when immediate seating is unavailable
- Page guests using the Wisely system and call out names and party sizes when tables become available
- Assist in clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables when necessary
- Ensure menus are clean, organized, and adequately supplied for guests
- Offer entertainment and attraction suggestions for the local trade area
