Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Available to work daytime hours
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to use Wisely or similar paging system
Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to warmly greet and engage guests
- Familiarity with restaurant seating management systems
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Punctuality and reliability
- Basic knowledge of local attractions beneficial
Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage the efficient and timely seating of guests
- Recognize regular customers and call them by name
- Record guests' names and party sizes during wait times
- Page guests using Wisely and announce table readiness
- Assist in clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and adequately supplied menus
- Offer entertainment and attraction suggestions for the trade area
