Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to work day shifts only
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage waitlists
- Positive attitude and team player
- Must be available to work flexible daytime hours

- Ability to manage guest seating efficiently

- Experience with customer service preferred

- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
- Willingness to assist with cleaning and sanitizing
Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage the efficient and timely seating of guests to a table that best serves their wishes
- Graciously recognize and greet regular customers by name
- Record guest name and party size when immediate seating is limited
- Page guests via Wisely and call out name and party number when tables become available
- Assist in clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables when necessary
- Ensure clean, organized, and adequate supply of menus for guests
- Offer entertainment and attraction suggestions for the trade area
