Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work daytime shifts only
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be able to greet guests warmly and courteously
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Ability to manage guest flow efficiently during busy times
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of restaurant seating procedures
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable using paging systems like Wisely
Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage the efficient and timely seating of guests to appropriate tables
- Recognize regular customers and greet them by name
- Record guests' names and party sizes when immediate seating is unavailable
- Page guests using Wisely and call out names and party numbers when tables are ready
- Assist in clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables when necessary
- Ensure menus are clean, organized, and adequately supplied
- Offer entertainment and attraction suggestions for the trade area
