- Ability to work day shifts only
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to greet guests warmly and manage seating efficiently
- Comfortable with multitasking in a busy environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic computer skills for using paging and seating systems

- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry preferred

- Basic knowledge of local area and attractions
Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage the efficient and timely seating of guests to tables that best serve their wishes
- Recognize regular customers and call them by name
- Record guest's name and number of people when immediate seating is limited
- Page guests via Wisely and announce party when tables become available
- Assist in clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables when necessary
- Ensure menus are clean, organized, and adequately supplied
- Offer entertainment and attraction suggestions for the trade area
