Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work Saturday and Sunday
- strong communication skills
- friendly and welcoming demeanor
- ability to multitask and remain organized during busy periods
- willingness to assist with cleaning and maintaining seating areas
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with seating management systems like Wisely is a plus
- positive attitude and a passion for creating welcoming guest experiences
- ability to work weekends and availability for day shifts only
Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival
- manage the efficient and timely seating of guests to suitable tables
- record guests' names and party sizes when immediate seating is unavailable
- page guests using Wisely and call out names and party numbers as tables become available
- assist in clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables when necessary
- maintain a clean and organized supply of menus for guests
- offer entertainment and attraction suggestions for the local trade area
